We cannot confirm a warrant, recall a court order, accept payment, arrange a surrender, or provide legal advice. Contact the issuing court or responsible agency using its own official contact page.

  • Existing county public record: send a written request to PIARequest@co.caldwell.tx.us, fax 512-398-1814, or address it to the DA/PIO at the Justice Center, 1703 S Colorado Street, Box 5, Lockhart. The county need not create records or answer general research questions.
  • Legal advice or a surrender: contact a licensed Texas attorney and the issuing court. The court decides whether and how its warrant may be recalled.
