Caldwell County Warrant Records Caldwell County Warrant Records

Caldwell County does not offer one public search that covers every warrant and court. Information may sit with the issuing municipal court, a Justice of the Peace, County Court at Law, District Court, or law enforcement. This site organizes the official contact routes and explains what each source can confirm. It is privately operated and has no access to government warrant systems.

Why We Built This Site

The county’s records are divided by the court and agency that created or holds them. District Clerk records cover felony district cases; County Clerk handles County Court at Law records; four Justice of the Peace precincts hear their own matters; and five cities maintain separate municipal courts. The Sheriff provides custody information, but the research did not find a complete public countywide warrant list or a dedicated warrant hotline. A search at one office can therefore miss records held elsewhere. We built this reference to make those local boundaries and verified starting points easier to understand.

What You Will Find Here

  • County court routes: the Warrant Lookup explains the different county clerk and court starting points.
  • Outstanding and bench process: what public sources do and do not show about status, missed appearances, and court-issued process.
  • Traffic and municipal citations: how local court jurisdiction can differ from a ticket’s location or the agency that issued it.
  • Arrest warrants: how county, district, and federal records remain separate and why custody searches answer a different question.
  • City pages: specific routes for Lockhart, Luling, Uhland, Martindale, and Mustang Ridge.
  • Official links: court portals, clerk offices, Sheriff custody information, and written public-record request instructions.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, not a Caldwell County office, court, Sheriff’s department, or Texas agency. Its limits include:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists
  • We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
  • We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now

Only the issuing court or the responsible law-enforcement agency can confirm current warrant status. A county inmate lookup is a custody check, not a complete warrant search.

Search Partners

Some pages display search tools operated by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing, data practices, and results. If a visitor follows a tool to a paid signup, this site may receive a referral fee. A partner result is not an official Caldwell County warrant check; confirm any case information with the court or agency that holds it.
